How can I sign up for RBUS services?
You can register in three ways:
- Download the RBUS app from Google Play (Android) or Apple App Store (iOS).
- Visit www.rbus.co.in and sign up using your mobile number and OTP verification.
- If you’re part of a corporate partnership, your HR or Transport Helpdesk can create your profile via the Corporate Admin Portal.
Is rbus for individual users or only companies?
Rbus serves both individual customers (B2C) and corporate organizations (B2B).
You can book daily rides or monthly passes for personal use, while companies can also reserve full vehicles or group services for their teams.
What services does rbus offer?
Rbus offers:
- AC/non-AC bus services
- Daily and long-term transport options
- Cab services (based on availability or custom requests)
How do I book a ride with rbus?
For individual bookings:
- Log in to the app
- Recharge your rbus wallet
- Select source & destination, choose your route and seat, and confirm
For corporate users:
- Select from your assigned route, pick your seat, and proceed to confirm

Does rbus operate on weekends?
RBUS primarily runs Monday to Friday. Weekend trips can be arranged upon special request and may carry additional charges. Contact our team for custom weekend requirements.
Is the service available all year round?
rbus functions as per regular working days and holidays. We observe national holidays and follow an annual holiday calendar shared with users in advance.
What types of passes are available?
Rbus offers a wide range of travel passes:
- Daily One-Way / Return Pass
- Weekly One-Way / Return Pass
- Monthly One-Way / Return Pass

How is the fare calculated?
Fares are distance-based. A single ride usually starts at ₹120.
Pricing may change without notice depending on operational or fuel cost fluctuations.
Can I choose my seat?
Yes! For daily, weekly and monthly pass holders, seat selection is available during booking.
Are monthly passes available?
Yes, we offer monthly pass options — both for one-way or return travel. You can buy these through the RBUS app under the “Passes” section.
Can I book just a one-way trip?
Absolutely. One-way bookings are available under all pass types — Daily, Weekly, or Monthly.
How frequent is the bus service?
Service frequency depends on demand and load factor. We try to ensure timely coverage between residential and office hubs.

Do you offer cab-share plans too?
In select areas, yes. If you’re looking for a monthly shared cab option, contact us to check availability.
Can I book rides in advance?
Yes!
- Daily Pass: Book up to 3 days in advance
- Weekly & Monthly Passes: Book up to 90 days in advance
Do I need to register to board the bus?
Yes, valid registration and an active RBUS pass are mandatory. Riders without valid bookings may be denied boarding and fined.
What if I can’t access the app?

Can I book more than one ticket at a time?
One pass can be booked per user. To book for others, you must repeat the process.
Bulk or group bookings are possible through the app or by contacting us directly.
Is phone booking available?
Currently, all bookings must be made through the RBUS mobile app. We do not accept phone-based reservations.
How do I confirm if my booking is successful?
Once confirmed, your ride will appear under “My Rides” in the app. You’ll also get an in-app notification and a confirmation email.
Can I use the website to book rides?
Though the mobile app offers the best experience, bookings can also be made through our website rbus.co.in.
Can I get a one-way monthly pass?
Yes, you can choose a Monthly Single Pass — either for onward or return journeys.
How do I cancel my ticket?
Use the “Cancel Pass” option in the RBUS app under your booking. Refunds are issued as per our cancellation policy.
What is the Hop-a-Seat feature?
This lets you switch your seat to another bus (even on another route) if available. Fare differences won’t be refunded; additional fare, if any, will be charged.
Note: Once you use Hop-a-Seat, the booking becomes non-cancellable.
Can I change my travel time?
Yes, using Hop-a-Seat, you can shift your booking to a different bus/route before the ride starts — subject to availability.
Can I pay cash for my pass?
No. rbus is a cashless platform. All payments must be made via UPI, cards, wallets, or net banking through the app.
Can fares or policies change?
Yes, fares, policies, and operating calendars are subject to change at management’s discretion. Please refer to the app for live updates.
What is a Promo Code and how do I use it?
Promo Codes offer discounts on select bookings. Enter a valid promo code during checkout in the app to apply the discount.
Codes may be limited to campaigns, users, or booking types.
Will I get a refund if the bus breaks down?
Refunds are possible, depending on where the breakdown occurs. Always scan your pass while boarding, as unscanned trips may be marked as “Not Boarded” and may not qualify for refunds.
What is your cancellation policy?
- More than 24 hrs before trip: 5% or ₹20 cancellation fee (whichever is higher)
- 1–24 hrs before trip: 25% fee
- Less than 1 hour before: No refund
Monthly & Weekly Pass Rules:
- Monthly: Up to 5 cancellations allowed, beyond that no refunds
- Weekly: 1 cancellation allowed for one-way or return; additional cancellations = no refund
