Can I Cancel My Booking?

We understand that plans can change, so here’s a detailed breakdown of our Cancellation Policy to make the process as clear as possible:

For Daily Pass:

Cancellation 24 hours or more before the trip: If you decide to cancel at least 24 hours before your scheduled trip, a cancellation fee will be charged. The fee will be 5% of the ticket price or INR 20, whichever is greater.
Cancellation between 24 hours and 1 hour before the trip: If the cancellation occurs within this window, a cancellation fee of 25% of the ticket price will apply.
Cancellation within 1 hour before the trip: Unfortunately, no refund will be issued for cancellations made less than 1 hour before the scheduled trip.

For Monthly & Weekly Return Passes:

For 1 Return Journey Pass cancellation per week: If you need to cancel one return journey pass during the week, a cancellation fee will apply. The fee will be 5% of the ticket price or INR 20, whichever is greater.
For additional cancellations in the same week: Any further cancellations within the same week will incur a cancellation fee of 25% of the ticket value.
Other cancellation policies for Monthly/Weekly Return Passes: All other cancellation rules for Monthly and Weekly Return Passes remain consistent with those mentioned above.

For Monthly/Weekly Single Passes:

For 1 Single Journey Pass cancellation per week: You can cancel a single journey pass within the week with a fee of 5% or INR 20 (whichever is higher).
For additional cancellations in the same week: If you cancel more than one single journey pass during the same week, a cancellation fee of 25% of the ticket value will apply.
Note on cancellation fees: The cancellation fee will always be based on the price at the time of booking, so be sure to check the amount before making any changes.

What is the Hop-a-Seat Option?

The Hop-a-Seat option gives you the flexibility to switch seats between buses, even across different routes! This feature allows you to enhance your travel experience by easily changing your seat, as long as there is availability on the other bus or route. The Hop-a-Seat feature is most beneficial on routes with multiple frequencies, offering you greater convenience and comfort.

Important Note: Difference in Fares is Non-Refundable, whereas higher fares will be chargeable. Once you have used the Hop-a-Seat feature, your pass cannot be cancelled.

How Can I Change My Trip Timing?

If you need to adjust your travel plans, the Hop-a-Seat feature allows you to change your seat to another bus, provided there are available seats in your preferred bus and route. This change must be made before the trip begins.
